so bad they tire themselves out?

i didnt realise if you get soo upset that you get soo tired til last night. i got myself in a right state and it knocked me out i fell asleep on a housefull of friends all over clarki poor lad. didnt notice them all leave neither!

I know a lass who just sleeps constantly when shes stressed/upset...Wish i could do the same to be honest.Much better than lieing awake and being upset

i cant i fret like mad, cry like an absolute lunatic (if its bad) and throw up all the time. im always sick when i cry hurts my head and my tummy

Yeah thats me usually when i'm upset...Get in a right state.The lass i'm on about doesnt cry or throw up she just sleeps for about 16 hours at a time

When i'm upset all i want to do is sleep but never can

i do all that at first then cause ive been so upset i fall asleep, anywhere anytime, clarki and the lot from the bay and washy were over last night and i fell asleep over them with tears and bogies all over them!!

yeh i'm well upset today, think i've just failed my exam which means i won't get back into uni...so unfair.Oh well will wait tilll results.

Got mad upset on saturday though had a humongous row with my step-mum and i couldn't breathe properly was shaking ang hysterical!!!

Ahhh thank you, feel 100% now, had a class walk out in the sunshine and been for a drink with a lovely mate who i've not been allowed to speak to for ages when he was with his last girlfriend..she very jealous laydee!!but now they've broken up so can have my friend back! :angel3:
