Bring back sigs?

there is a hack on the TA forum that allows all mods to edit sigs (via the little paper icon left of the time on a post) to enforce the rules, anybody who doesn't gets warned, then gets their sig suspended and themselves banned.

i edit about 5 to 10 sigs a week on TA, and that site has over 50,000 more members.
