I find it bizarre how at work i am considered a 'computer whizz'. When really, as some on here may have noticed, my computer knowledge is fairly limited.

But its all relative. I know the basic stuff and can get by, but some of these people really struggle with much more than turning the computer on. So i always get shouted accross when someones stuck, even though in reality i know bugger all!

I was once teaching this woman at college how to use a mouse..

She kept thinking that by moving the mouse accross the screen she actually had to put the mouse on the screen..

I didn't last very long in the room.. left sharpish to get a drink and some "fresh air"..

 Everyone at work thinks I know loads about computers because I normally manage to fix problems that they have. It's never anything serious so I just mess around until I find a way to sort it. The people in my department were amazed to find they've all done that computer driving license thingy and I haven't. Yet they can't even do a simple spreadsheet?
