    New Year

Yes..it's quite a while off yet, but wondering if theres any large scale events organised?

    Gatecrasher and the like?

Need a proper new year, last year was a bit cock...year before last was sweet, flew down to london for Ministry of Sound @ the Dome...and it cost £1!!!!!

Want a proper party again, but not in Newcastle.

Think I'll probs just be staying in Newcastle this year

Dont see the point in paying extra £20 on top of a normal ticket and higher hotel prices etc just cos its new years eve

Also its a nightmare driving back home cos theres so many police on the roads

New Year's is soooo over-rated. I've never had a good one in my life, and don't see the point of celebrating really. So what? It's a new year- same shit, different year!
Or maybe I'm just feeling particularly cynical of late!
