    My 2 sisters

    both had old rave tapes and dodgy tapes from Space from very early 90s


    started listening to it when i was about 11ish i reckon

    went


    old school rave
    hardcore (around 13-14)
    drumnbass (around 15)
    trance (17-19)
    prog (19-21ish)


    been listening to house all the way through though

    hmmmm you just seem to repeat yourself on every board you go on fino = trance dj

    for me it was ibiza went there when i was 16 for first time and got into house music and things went from there really

    then got into trance about 2002 i love the majority of it now just hate

    I remember first gettin goosebumps when snap rhythm is a dancer was no1 in the charts...

    that got me into it i guess.

    The dj related dance music i got into was judgment day, rez, afterdark and helter skelter etc :oops:

    Slinky changed all that though when i went in 1999 to see Ferry :king:

    My borther got me into it with his helter skelter and vibalite tape packs, used to love them

    For me it went

    Hardcore
    HappyHardcore

    Hardhouse/trance

    Now I listen to everthing, electro, house, dnb, happyhardcore, cheesy chart, indie, anything I like really

    got into proper dance after hearing jules at newcastle uni in 1999, dropping 'loveshy' and me at 16/17 yr old, wearing shirt shoes and trousers flying all over the uni :dance: :love: :D

    My mate's brother used to do a Sunday night pirate radio show in Sheffield (Fantasy FM) round about 91-92.

    That's the when I first started listening to dance that was mixed together.

    Richard Tulip at school bringing in Rez tapes from when it was at the mayfair back in 91-92. Getting goosbumps listerning to a piano track on there and the mc shouting about peace love and something called e

    Then i went to the Venue, Rez, Judgement day then discovered more techno at uni and went to
    Cream,
    Bugged out,
    Orbit(Used to be the best Techno club in the world)

    Moved Back to Newcastle and went to
    Promise (when it played prog)
    Shindig
    Freaky Dancing
    Arcane

    Musically i like all kinds of stuff but partically Old chicago House acid,electro,Techno, disco and funk.

    Old skool from the age of twelve or so ... and started hitting Old Skool & trance nights when I was fifteen. Hard house nights at sixteen and started playing it out when I was eighteen :)

    Into dirty electro breaks, techno and a few other bits n bobs as well :)
