    Thing is I havent used the card for anything but Beatport for about a year and the card is cut up laying in a draw at my parents house and all the statements are securely hidden.


    Fucking beatport , after all the rants Ive done against music piracy aswell

    Was put onto the fraud team, who asked when I last used my card etc, they said they would sort it out…. received a new card about 2 days after speaking 2 them… but aint heard out back since…..

    Not unless you have fraud protection, which is crap.

    Not happened to me yet like, it doesn't matter how careful you are like you can still end up getting done :(

    That's unlucky, worst thing is they won't get them.

    The online verification process needs tightening like, how do people do it without knowing addresses :spangled:

    i had a similar thing a few months ago too, got my credit card statement saw a purchase i was certain i hadn't made. rang them on the saturday to let them know... thank you for your call sir, but our fraud section only works mon-fri... got a call on the monday afternoon from the fraud team, since the saturday someone had spent £4500 over the internet. fucking numpties, if they had listened to a word i had told them on the saturday they could of prevented all of that, instead it took me a week and several phone calls to get it all sorted.
