Mobile Networks which ones is the dogs bollocks and which one is just bollocks? been on vodafone since about 98. but im sick of their shite service and expensive tarrifs. Orange is looking tempting. as i can get 22 xnet mins and 1000 txts and a free w800i for 30 a month. anyone heard of any canny deals doing the rounds?
I was wondering about this too I want to change from 02 I think - Who's on what and whats good Also does anyone have a new snazzy fone they wanna tell me about cos im looking for a newen :groovy:
I was on O2 for years but then they were uber gash so am now on Orange and they've bene no other so far, charged me twice for a bill cos I missed one but they jsut sent a cheque straight out no bother
Vodaphone here... 500Mins + 500 Texts for £50 pm. But... I didn't get a new handset with my recent upgrade.. so its only £35 pm I'm using a Nokia 7610... but I'm lusting after a 8260. Or is it a 8620. Stupid numerical names... Never had any trouble.. 1st class customer services 2. I them. (well not really but they are good like!) Have a gander here..
im on virgin pay as yer go. it was good for the first few month cos they would give yer 300 txts free aslong as yer topped up at least a tenner a month dont do it anymore now though
i ve jus gone on 2 orange direct, 300mins ne time ne network + 500 txts for £35 had 2 pay £30 to get w800i tho. but its well worth it
You can get 200mins and 500 for £30 with a free fone with Orange, Vodafone, O2 etc. Theres some good deals out there. Check on ther websites for better deals than in the shops. Would stay the hell away from O2  I joined Orange this year and they've been fab. Everything worked before i even asked it to, their cust serv has been a million times better than O2
I'll second this.. O2 really are shite.. I was with them for a few years.. crap customer service and even worse signals. The only place I could get a signal in my room was in one corner. Even then it wasn't guaranteed
Heres the deal i can get with orange your phone Sony Ericsson W800i £0.00 your plan 200 minutes and 1000 texts your services your monthly cost £30.00 rather have somet like 500 texts and a lower line rental or 100 extra minutes.
ive been with 02 for bout 4 or 5 yrs now and never had any problems with any of my phones ever, they even upgraded my last month to a phone i was meant to pay 50 quid for, for free got the D600 now, is dead cute mine is 20 quid, well just under bout 18.50 a month and i get 500 free texts 500 frees mins to 02 and landline off peak 100 anytime mins to anyone so my bills r never over 25 quid a month well apart from my hols
lol I have never had one problem with o2 and I have been with them since the dawn of creation (when they were genie) They even let me know when I can get my next free phone, and the one that has the most features. 500 Free texts pcm, 50 evening mins a night,500 net mins £25 pm, and because the tariff suits me so much I rarely go over that. Even get o2 treats each month, and free downloads of games and stuff from siemens wap site
They do give you money back on a new handset though, I've just bought a £100 one for my gf Any top-ups you've put on your phone since 1st Jan 2004 count towards the total, check virginmobile.com to see how much you have.
I signed up when they were Genie too.. I loved it at first.. Each to their own I suppose... I just didn't like standing in corners for prolonged periods of time
ive been on orange for past two years, had no trouble whatsoever and the customer service bit is spot on too, i always have indians ringing me tho asking if i want to go onto 3 network, NOOOOOOOOO!!!:bang:
I have been with every network except 3 (because of their early poor rep) and biased towards Orange or not after they paid my wage for 2 years...hands down i find them the best They do some good online deals aswell with free customer service as opposed to o2's 0845 lines and i think Vodafones also.
Often when people on O2 text me I get the same text about six times in a row a few hours later. I have no problems to note with Orange though.
ive bin on o2 for years without any problems. keeping my fone to get a sim card which gives me 200 anytime/ any network minutes and 1000 texts for £25 pm, not bad one thinks
u beaut . i typed i w900i yesterday and it came back with this ugly orange SE clamshell one. quite a turnup, think this or the sharp 903v is my next phone.
