anyone got any ideas as to where you can hire out for the night that would hold 200 to 250 people for an evening dancey/disco/late licence type thing?

Im having so much trouble trying to think of anywhere apart from st.james?

It would be better closer to jesmond as you can think, but i really need a hand.
