    Howay then.... get yourself fired up cause in 2 days its going to be Friday afternoon.

    Whatcha up to?

    Birthday weekend for me (27 years old, christ!), so i will be doing the following.

    Friday - Possibly Karate Grading, although i might decide against it. I have to get up early the next day for ....

    Saturday AM - Milton Keynes Snowdome to go Snowboarding for the day!

    Saturday PM - FABRIC!

    Sunday - Recovery all day and then Yoga in the evening.
