Weight Training Just got my bench setup and im gonna start weight training but the only problem I have is my high metabolism so im thinking if I use a protein drink aswell it'll help me build up. Does anyone here weight train and reccomend any?
i use protene like MET RX-SURPRIME WHEY pure whey protein suppliment also got the mix boy i bought my stuff in north sheils the big tub i hav (which is strawberry flavour) is 908g a big tun and cost £12.49 its a cheap place which just caters for body builders and people who are dead into it! its worth going along like
yeah createn is suppose 2 help u build muscle quickly but has been prooven bad for ure liver and that was even on watch dog so i stay safe with protean i mean ive used mine a while now and it took its time but hav notisble diffrence in me arms like! there not huge but just teh way i like em and legs are bit better! just need 2 diet now loose sum flab
Ahhh well I'll steer clear of that then, I just need a supplement that will boost my weight im not after turning into a big person I just need more defenition on my arms, legs and chest so im hoping a protein drink will help. Ive found that met-rx on ebay im just checking it out now

tonings okay but horrible big muscle men make me sick. s'pose my other half has a total lush body but he gets that thru working and not hammering the weights at the gym. i would rather stay celibate for life rather than date a man with huge muscles from hammering the gym!
eyah u so u can where tight t-shirts and hav ure muscles sorta bulging! mine are getting that way! if i carry on like the wya i am and stick 2 me diet! just under 16stone atm
Yeah I get ya now see I dont want that I just want to be bigger in mass, I dont want huge muscles just bigger arms and legs and I might work towards a six pack later down the line if I can be arsed

get on the d-bol and you'll be huge in 4 weeks. mind you your balls might withdraw back into your pelvis and your back will look like you've had acid thrown on it.
