Yeah it looks horrible doesnt it. im thinking something like this, this is christain bale in the newest batman movie
just use creatine mate, it'll give you a steady build on things aslong as you go to the gym and drink plenty of water, mind when u first take it u end up going for a piss every 5 minutes, as soon as u drink some water its straight back out
Apparently he worked out like mad, was on a strict diet and had an ace trainer to get him into that shape but who knows ey all I know is there is no way I'll take roids just incase of any side effects
Createne fills the muscles with a watery substance iirc.. And people who take it have a severe shift in personality. Tbh.. you'd be better off just gettin loads protein in your diet naturally and eating on a set plan. Eat a small high in carb meal 2 hours before you go to the gym and then eat something high in protein about an hour after. Concentrate on selective muscle groups per session. Don't just do weight training.. do some proper cardio exercise too.. perhaps a martial art or even just hitting the treadmill for 30 mins..
why do you need to use a supplement, surely the more you train the bigger your appetite will be so you'll eat more.
So you think.. I'm just speaking from experience.. I've known sopme cracking lads that have started on the stuff and turned into right wankers.. Might just be cos they're from jarrow
not really, you could eat less but eat more healthy stuff and it'll work better than just stuffing your face, supplements like creatine release alot of water though which is good for muscle growth.
my ex went to the gym every day during the week and i used to love the way his body was he drank protein shakes but they smelt like stinky sweaty feet  shame he was a twat
Before you start taking any supplements at all you need a decent diet. It needs to reflect what you want to achieve from your training ie mass gain, lean growth, endurance. Don't bother wasting your cash on supplements until you have this nailed. You need to eat every 3 hours and ensure each meal is balanced with carbs proteins and fats. Once you've got this down, you can supplement a meal with a protein shake/weight gainer/meal replacement. PM me if you want some advice on supplements and where to get them cheaply, don't bothering buying from the shops they'll rip you off.
Im starting to change my diet now im gonna do training for a month before I start on the supplements so i'll drop you a pm once I need some
Also a common mistake made in the gym is overtraining, your body needs rest to recover and grow. If you're gonna concentrate on muscle growth you really don't want to be going more than 3 times a week, anyone who goes more than this and is seeing results is jabbing roids. Split down in to muscle groups for each session, a good split to start off training with is chest / tris back / bis shoulders / legs In my opinion, gains from the gym are 60% diet, 20% rest and 20% training.
Good plan, after you train eat about 50g of carbs from something, perhaps some peanut butter as well, good source of protein.
lol yes your right your muscles need to be relaxed to grow, but there's nothing wrong with going more than 3 times a week as there are other muscle groups you can work on in between.
i realise you put the groups underneath, but there's nothing wrong with working your chest/arms twice a week as your not overdoing them
