If you want to book ant of the big name Dutch artists, check oot my bookings agency [/quote]http:/www.exposure-djs.org

The website is stull under construction so some profiles may be blank and informatted.

If there's someone you want who isnt listed, let me know as I will be able to get them. They wontbe listed due to contractual agreements with other agency's.

Don't see what at all is the fuss about Whitby (never have but maybe people like him for the nostalgia, I don't know...) Don't think he is bad, just totally indifferent to him as the only thing that makes him stand out is he plays tunes that everyone except Lisa Pin-up quit playing years ago.

Thought Justin Bourne was class as expected and whoever was on after was knocking out some good tunes but had to leave early in to that as was so tired.

As for the night itself I thought it was a very good effort. Venue was decent enough, people were friendly and had a good night.

Dunno if you intend the night as a one off or not (hope not) - but next time maybe have a word with the security staff to let people use the seats straight away as my friends had to complain to them to be allowed to sit down.

Well I'll concede on who was best as I'm no great judge of technical ability. Whitby is one of those DJ's that splits opinion and I'm on the fence with him (wouldnt like to jump on either band wagon ;) ), as I like a bit of nostalgia every so often and thats what you get with him.

Disagree that Bourne is "ridiculously hard"; Tunes like Bloc Party don't fit in that category and I've heard far, far, harder sets than that from other DJs.

now the seating thing i can apologise for !! they were supposed to be readily available from the opening time, also the drinks were not quite as discounted as we were first told.

we also were not told that no licence was available for the lasers until too late.
we now have the licence and have sorted out all other problems for the next event !!

our aim is to give a good night to all that attend and make sure you leave satisfied !!

look forward to seeing all at the next event in nov !!

287 tkts sold plus guests were 328 ppl according to the doorstaff counter !! :finger:

anth didnt turn up so Jamie (Clegg) played himself but his set was shortened because it opened late.

Hopefully all the problems were just teething problems with the new venue
