    Definitely going to go ahead with this after reading the information about it over the weekend. I've got my first blood donation appointment next Tuesday so will start the ball rolling then. :D

    Me and Wot give blood, it doesn't hurt, you get to lie down for half an hour then eat biscuits and drink tea.

    And it doesn't matter what you abuse at the weekend, though anyone with HIV or AIDS is excused blood letting duties.
