    My Immune System

    Right i've been ill this year, more so than normal....and more so than normal people.

    I have had flu a good 5 or 6 times at the beginning of the year and i feel another bout starting now....i'm aches and pains all over at the mo but thats it, oh and sore throat.

    I also have a massive ankle as i sprained it the other day

    I have had various other ailments throughout the year!!!

    TBH richard is just getting rid of some flu, so i think he's just passed it on to me. There are somethings you just cant avoid catching!

    It would, cos if my immune system was ok i wouldnt have been thinking about all my illnesses instead of concentrating on walking down the stairs correctly.....lol

    You could have mono ... its much more common than people think symptoms are tiredness irrataibility , headeaches and flu like ..... so either youve got mono or your strange and just suseptible to colds . go ask your doc if youve constantkly got the symptoms i mentioned !
