Best comedy standup Dvds? For me the top ones have gotta be.. Richard pryor in concert. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJ5H2WRXuQU) Eddie murphy delirious (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IpLhdsZuHs8) Bill Bailey - Part troll and Totall bill hicks of course
I think Dane Cook is great. Not so much a stage presence as he is a good listen with mp3 though. At least that's what i thought of his latest live show. His previous ones are good now I think about it. He's on Youtube.
Im not really fond on Ross Noble. Dont find him funny at all. Watching Rainbow was just as funny imo. Different strokes tho
not a fan of ross noble like, just not my cup of tea. * Lee Evans (early stuff) * Peter Kay (even this is getting a little tired now he needs new material) * Billy connelly * Bill Hicks
I almost bought this over Christmas. Is this really that good? The television series is class, but I'm always dubious of the live versions of great tv shows. For example, I used to love The League Of Gentlemen on tv, but the live show was shite.
How can you not find Ross Noble funny????!!! Oh my god he is hillarious "SHOW ME WHERE YA MOMMA LIVES" I think its coz he is geordie really.
Stewart Lee live in Glasgow... He lays into the jocks and william wallace on their own turf... a beautiful sight and a very funny standup. Any Eddie Izzard is worth a watch.
I downloaded delerious yesterday after reading this. Absolute amazing stuff - Murphy and Pryor are legends. And more recently, Chris Rock.
Eddie Murphy - Raw and Delirious are awesome... his James Brown impression is outstanding Al Murray the Pub Landlord is pretty funny too
Bernie Mac on some of the DefJam stuff is class... he creases me up - best thing in charlies angels 2
Bill Bailey And that scottish dude i saw a small stand up night in yarm just before christmas. No idea who he is though.
