Conspiracy, Gordon Brown wants to force us into thinking the Euro is good for us, they've deliberately done this to the Pound
Last year most people at work were heading to Turkey rather than Spain or south of France, I can see non-euro countries being the place of choice this summer. Brits more likely to be sunning it in these parts rather than the med:
I'll more than likely not be at Ibiza this year Oz, NZ, Thailand instead (& Cambodia to shoot a cow with a rocket launcher)
The fucking shit it's causing at work at the min, me dealing with overseas pensions n that.... Course its my fault ur monthly payment went down you old cunt, you chose to move abroad now fuck off and no you cant have a winter fuel payment cos it doesnt get that fucking cold in Spain / Portugal or Cyprus u coffin dodging old bastard.
had my spending money since Aug I got it in when it was £1 to $2 cos i thought it was too good to last God i feel so smug
I was NYC when it was around about that high a few years back & I thought should I buy more. I did but then waxed it partying in a VIP area while Picotto was playing. FUCKING GREAT NIGHT!!!!
Some get it, you have to of qualified and received it before you went along with other EU countries. Some of the patter they lay out is unreal tho, i am part of two sections and the A side behind me recently took over all the EU Customers for Winter Fuel - there's payment runs for one payment to customers in Nov / Dec and Feb and at the moment its getting canny hectic
booo don't go shooting cows...go to japan to eat the massaged ones instead glad i am only passing through europe on my way to vietnam...got a few euro's for a cuppa in amsterdam but it's shit really nee need
Not 1:1 yet....but not far off. Travelex were offering a delightful €1.03 per £1 on wednesday morning I'm in Amsterdam at the minute (for work again) and it's costing alot Cost me £7 for a sodding pint last night Was in the US last month, dollar was down to $1.4 to the pound when I left, nightmare. However the previous few weeks fully inclusive in the Dominican Republic with occasional $1 tips wasn't so bad...
according to the radio the only place on the planet which has gone down against the pound is Iceland so if you fancy a winter break.........
