55 Degrees North Has anybody been to it since it opened in Newcastle ?? i have been to the oe in Birmingham loads of times and its possibly the best bar around is the one in Newcastle ran by the same people ???
i went at half ten on sunday, pete robinson was playing, but they woudlnt let us in because it was too late, so went straight to PGR
i work there mate... its ok but nothin in comparrison to 52 in brum 52 is in a class of its own.. only been in during the day tho... its owned by centro pubs in morpeth who are openin the new cheese club in the gate... its gonna be 'the other' pre s-----g bar apparently.. dusted+tonic from the purple onion boro are doing fri/sats too soon... oh and wurzel... its open till 1.30 as of today
