hmmm well this is it i have left a holding deposit for a house i was planning on moving in a flat share effort

im having major second thoughts about doing so as im scared what the other people will be like :cry2:

where do i stand on getting my deposit back and things
i havent signed a contract yet so i aint legally bind to the contract

I reckon you can pull out, cos you have signed nothing.

You will lose the deposit though. The whole point of taking the deposit off you is so that you wont pull out! They could have been busy finding someone else to take the room these last few weeks if they hadnt taken it off the market. So it makes sure they dont lose money if people mess them about.

Id say just go for it Linzi. Im sure your flatmates will be sound. And if not, so what? You dont have to spend much time with them. Just go out all the time!

Just go to Claires, Fran's etc, you can sleep in your flat!

How many people will u be living with Linzi? You never know they could all be really sound and you`ll get on really well, worst comes to worst and u hate them you can just move out. Just last minute nerves hope your ok x
