I was okay until recently... now I'm sleeping more than ever and I'm still tired.

I find that the later I go to bed the harder it is to get to sleep, the earlier the easier:spangled: should it not be the other way round:confused:

I used to be like that when I worked shifts and was a 'caner'. I was terrible, lucky if I would sleep 4 hrs a night midweek.

Now I have a really regular and healthy sleeping pattern. Try exercising and taking vitamins.

It's all about a healthy life style. If you eat well and take care of yourself, you'll sleep well.

If you cane it, miss sleep, you'll miss meals and it's a viscous circle. That's all from experience.

its all about getting yourself into a routine and sticking to it.

i used to have a horrendous body clock. i would be up till 3/4 most nights and not get up till 10/11 the next day. it really fucked me up whilst i was doing my a-levels, as i missed so many lessons.

now i'm usually in bed and asleep before midnight and up at 7 on the dot everyday. you have to persevere on getting into the routine but it is possible to shift your sleep patterns. i managed to do this my forcing myself to get up at 7 religiously no matter what time i had gone to sleep, then come nighttime i would be tired and could get to sleep at will.

all the other stuff people mention about diet and exercise will only help you in the tiredness stakes, not actually in changing your bodyclock.
