was in town today and about 50 asylum seekers with banners were marching through fighting for their rights! one banner said "no more dawn raids" --> they should get passports then!! ooooooh it boils my ****

and one said give us the right to work. you think they dish out passports to people tying to escape being tortured in a country? stupid tosser

I saw this march today and felt guilty that I live in a country where it could take place. That people who have suffered and managed to escape often showing great courage should be forced to beg when they get here like this. it's sick.

most asulym seekers have to pass through several countries before they get to this one, they could stop in one of those but they dont because our country is soft as shit

its a very thin line to walk on but if more people born in the uk went out to work then the need for imported labour wouldnt be a problem.

as for asylum seekers - they cant work when they first arrive here AND they cant claim benefits either, they are given an allowance whilst the government investigates them and decides on a status.

but then you do have a lot of them taking the piss - so i can see why people do get mad
