Australia I'm residing here now. Not all its cracked up to be, don't even really feel like I'm abroad. Its like a mixture of wank parts of Britain mixed with the American cluture of oversizing (and I don't just mean the meal portions). Its full of really fat ugly lasses, so not exactly what portrayed in Neighbours. Every second person under the age of 25 is also a fucking goth, so fat female goths supping oversize softdrink bottles is common unwecome sight. At least in England its cold so they cover up! Drink is also more expensive and harder to get hold of than back home (they only sell it in 'bottle shops'), and as for 'extra's', no chance! Twenty quid for a werther's I'm told. Anyway, I may be back in May or July. Got a job which requires a drug test, so thank fuck didn't go to Detox or similar night earlier this in the month then. Hopefully see some of you soon (for whoever cares or likes me).

Ferry was on at some festival day I arrived, but being knackered, I did not attend. There's a good music scene in Brisbane, and have found fair few palatable records stores. Bonkers is big out here for some reason :spangled: I'm just outside of Brisbane, and I am told they are a bit 'behind' the times compared to Victoria and Sydney. However they are not behind America in regards to being morbidly fucking obese. Government has recently put an added tax on alcohol, works out at about 15 quid for a crate of 24 bottles of beer (3.5% beer I add, five dollersmore for owt stronger). Food etc is cheaper, so are the trains blah blah blah. But just about everything is illegal, including Salvia and poppers for fucks sakes, and I've been reading that there are moves to make spacka dust illegal to, so its a case of grab it while you can
