No other way to describe it. Just been playing the demo and its just sublime!.

Best game ive played since Half life, and thats just from a demo!.

Been playing on my 8800gts and it runs like a dream.

looks twice as good as gears of war.

Doesnt look anything special on the telly adverts to be fair but I'll probably get it for the 360

Its something VERY special. Most stunning game ive ever played.

So artistic, scary, and the sound and environment is brilliant.

Its basically set in an underwater city called Rapture. It was created as a utopia for all the worlds clever scientists and upper class etc.

They developed a drug called adam which genetically modifys the user, giving strength, or power, or whatever they required. It could alter faces etc to make people good looking etc etc.

But it had side effects that ultimately fucked people up, children were hooked on it. And now they roam the dilapidated city for their next fix.

These fucked up girls walk about with these huge creations called "Big daddies" as their protectors.

Immense game!

im not one for games but it sounds canny that like.

just played the demo, fucking mint. the effects are amazing and the detail is class. i love the artistic 50's sty;e aswell, the sound effects are amazing when coming through 5.1 aswell and from what ive seen so far of the storyline it looks class, jumpy as fuck aswell while always makes for a good laugh, and it runs smooth as fuck, ive maxed it out and it looks beautiful

as for the sound u mentioned lee. I find it nice to just stand still and do nothing, all you can hear is the metal of the city creaking around you, and water noises.

Makes you feel like loads of shit is going on around you.

Well it does sound mint and if you say its your favourite game since half life its got to be worth a look, as half life is the greatest pc game ever

really cinematic isnt it, and when your using one of them dx 10 8800gts's it doesnt half put a shine on it,.the games that good they'll probably make a film on it
