lol, i've lived independantly since i was 14yrs old....so i'm getting good at it. Just cos i've bought a house doesnt make it any different apart from i pay mortgage instead of rent....cos my landlords have never done anything in my rented places!!!

Is it rude to ask how much you paid?

Just I work in property so I'm a bit gimptastic with house purchases.

Dying to buy a place of my own like but saving is a bitch.

No it's ok. We paid £95000. Total Bargain for the house like.....3 bed end terrace with garage and massive garden.

TBH though we're doing 100% interest only for the first 3yrs just to get on the ladder and get other finances sorted etc etc....so we're biting the bullet but we will change to repayment after the first 3yrs. but we're limited to who we can approach in our circumstances so this was the best route for us for now.

I know i cant wait till its up! I have to go down sometime this week to choose the kitchen so things must be progressing even though i havent even been given a completion date! Im just sick of waiting at the minute.
