what the point of boil in the bag rice is? it always confused me

doe sit cook faster in the pan.

It doesnt go everywhere and doesnt chemically bond with the pan

can't say as i've tried the bag stuff never felt the need to boil me rice in a bag.

microwave food is officially skanky as fuck and never gets into my mouth

And it also comes in portions so you don't end up cooking too much rice
