Yeh he's made it pretty clear that for once it'll go to the right person. Instead of simply going to the highest bidder, or the first reasonable offer to come in, as a few clubs have done in the past. Souness isn't capable of simply managing a first team squad, his man management skills are appalling, so to let him loose at a higher level would simply be suicide for the club.
