cheapest place to buy a 60gb ps3? anyone know where i can get one, not boshed if its german or owt just has to be a new one.
Doesn't matter if its german anyway, you can play foreign games on them anyway. Just not region locked dvds.

nahmate cant find bot all, well theres always ebay but theyre extortionate im gona keep and eye out and just get one 2nd hand once xmas is done with, ill be looking at the bay xmas sales to see if the extorting fuckers have dropped their price. problem with the 40gb version isnt the size of the hdd, its the fact its missing a card reader its lacking some usb ports and its in a matt finish and looks crap

aye the 60 gig version are harder to find than snakes leg warmers, sony have stopped all production in europe, basically forcing us to have the shite version
FFS never knew the 60gb were so hard to get either, was gonna wait till after xmas. Games catalogues still shite. Gadget wise theyre far superior to the 360. The 40gb models are just shite and have nowt goin for them apart from a blueray player.
Are they only selling the 40 gig one now? It's shite if they are, the HDD is just a slot in drive so is a piece of piss to upgrade and the memory card slots aren't really worthwhile but the backwards compatibility for the old GTA games etc is good to have. hopefully the next update will include divx/xvid to bring it into line with the 360's new features
Although it says on the web site that PC world have these 60GB ps3's there arent any available as most stores have run out of stock now. I tried to reserve one online yesterday and all i could get was the 40gb version. However, when i went to collect it from PC world in Sunderland last night the assistant told me they had just had a delivery of 60gb versions (40 in total) from the wharehouse and that would be the last they would receive. So I swapped my order. So if anyone wants one of these they have 39 left £349.99 plus 2 games.
