Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: city pool reasonably priced? dont wanna be forking out a fortune to gan swimmin like
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: city pool ah jesus it was about 2 shillings and six pence last time I went.. try http://www.newcastle.gov.uk/newcastleleisure.nsf/a/citypool1
Re: city pool I went several times a week when I was in Newcastle, and safe to say City Pool is pretty rank, go to Jesmond, full of jaw dropping hotties in bikinis, think hollyoakes pool jane > the turkish baths are marvellous, I take exception to big Roy and his roving hands on the massage while he tells you about his 'kids' though...
Re: Re: city pool Yes jesmond baths are the better of them, they arent run by the council, and have sauna, gym, steam room and is about £3 for a session of however long you want. I went last week, the next day feeling like i had been kicked to fuck like. The only part of me that didnt ache was my face Have to go again soon and get fit!
Re: city pool Been years ago, and it used to be freezing cold on a morning when you got into the pool if you went for the first swimming session on a Monday. It's all a bit run down and basic (but dead handy if you go to the Poly)
Re: city pool It's alright if you just wana go for a swim, not the prettiest pool though. I go there every week to play waterpolo an there's only one life guards worth looking at, and you'll be lucky if she's working when your there! Where are these Jesmond baths? Is that the pool near Tesco metro?
