    Normally I hate them esp Chris Martin but loving this at the minute. The guitar riff is quality

    It builds up really well. Would love to see someone have the balls to drop it in a club

    Wow, just read this:

    Upon release in June ‘X&Y’ shot to No.1 in 32 countries, including the US, where it remained at No.1 for three weeks. In the UK it had the biggest first week sale of any album this century and passed a million sales within 6 weeks.

    The UK leg of Coldplay’s ‘Twisted Logic’ world tour saw the band play to over 250,000 fans, and their sensational headline set at Glastonbury was watched by the biggest crowd of the weekend. Coldplay are on tour in the US all through August and September.

    I didnt think they were that popular! Everyone on here pretty much hates them too. :p They are my fave band :love:

    i wouldn't use that as a measure of poularity considering the alternative was razorlight :fart:

    speed of sound begrudingly grew on me, but as a whole for the crucial third album, they haven't evolved from parachutes.. they're at their peak of their popularity at the minute, unless with album four they show a new direction or broaden their sound, this is as good as its gonna get..
