Am lookin forward to it, it's had some positive reviews. Plus, Rachel Weisz is serious eye candy Peter Stormare is always good value to. I'll wait for it to open in the cinema like as it will have a better effect on the big screen.
Got it, haven't watched it yet, but I've got reservations... Mainly having an american (Keanu Bloody Reeves) to play John Constantine, plus I've heard it's nowhere near as dark as the Hellblazer comics. But, shall watch it over weekend and see if it proves me wrong, I fucking hope so
Agreed, I'm a big fan of Hellblazer and the Books Of Magic, so it's just a fanboys rant above Sin City's getting made into a film as well... that had better be bloody good or I'll cry...
Was a canny good film, quite dark, and stayed canny faithful to the graphic novels, will def be going to see ins Kino. but Los Angeles!?! America!?! WTF!?! Why not sodding leave it in London, Constantine's friggin english you yank bastards! And it's pronounced "con-stan-tyne" not fucking "con-stan-teeeeeeen"!! :angry: :fuming: :bang: aaaaarrrrgghhhhhh
I thought this was ok.. not as good as I had hoped though. It kinda confused me a bit cos I had no background on what the film was about.. Still gonna see it at the cinema though.. the special effects at points are awesome!
