Corvin/Corsten/Benassi/Sheridan last night @ turnmills What a great night! Thanks to wet and hard for mentioning it yesterday .... couldnt turn this one down really... regardless of how tired i was. Not much i can say in the state im in right now other than that we're gonna have a blinder when corvin is up at promise this month! Bennasi - a bit housey for me, but the crowd seemed to love him and he had the place jumping. He looked like he was really enjoying himself too. Corvin Dalek - I was expecting something a bit more laid back from him, a little much like his sets ive heard in the past... but he played a throbbing set!!!!!!! DAMN DAMN DAMN DAMN good! He even stood outside the booth for the rest of the night and was on the dancefloor just enjoying himself, which was great to see! Managed to mumble a few words about looking forward to this months promise to him and i think he got what i was saying - seemed really nice to his customers i thought! Adam Sheridan - First time ive seen Adam, and from last night... it wont be the last. driving trance,... in the PVD style of things.... Superb! Ferry Corsten - First time for ferry aswell and he was brilliant. He played the 4-6 set and had the place jumping.... Would love to see him at promise since i didnt last time unfortunately. He was banging out the "trahhhnse" at a furious rate. I was watching him mixing for a while and he was tighter than a nuns crotch... just brilliant! He ended with Punk and Rock your body which had the crowd singing along and going mental All in all a great night... I didnt even get searched on the way in - which was an amazing first for me. Just need to find out how im gonna replace the 90 quid i spent last night ... sheesh! Feel a bit sorry for whoever was stopped by the police last night - when we came out to get on the tube, there was a good 15 of the boys in blue (or yellow as it is these days) at the station "questioning" people - i walked past a group of a few with some poor clubbers trying to explain the class A's he had in his pocket. Thanks to david (wet and hard) for letting me tag along!
Yeah , but we've already booked up for Tidy wkender so we cant go. We gutted like, cos PVD & Hardwick are much more our taste.
