CRASHER presents REVELATIONS @ GATECRASHER ONE, SHEFFIELD – BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY 27th AUGUST, 2006

Following a string of jaw-dropping, sell-out events at its renowned home of Gatecrasher One, Crasher rolls back with a vengeance to its same humble surroundings for the last Bank Holiday of the year with arguably its finest line up to date.

Ferry Corsten and Eddie Halliwell both top a substantial offering, alongside Matt Hardwick, Adam Sheridan, Simon Patterson (also known as Dogzilla), Adam Sheridan, Riley & Durrant and Will Holland.

The Electric Box once again relies upon its stalwart sound brought by Oliver Lang alongside the ever-consistent Corey, Sandy Turnbull and The Funk Junkies.

Once again, tickets are limited to just 1400 very lucky clubbers – and those quick off the mark can bag themselves an early bird ticket at just £15 (plus booking fee). Those thinking of attending are urged to head to www.gatecrasher.com/tickets as soon as possible to avoid the inevitable disappointment.

FERRY CORSTEN’s enthusiasm and drive for what he does creates his extraordinary appeal. “….After 6 years playing together with the legendary Judge Jules, it was time for something new, I can’t wait!...” says Ferry, at the time of writing on his own website (commenting on his forthcoming Cream @ Amnesia dates) – Ferry seems to ooze love for everything he does. It’s hard to see how he takes time to enjoy life when you look in awe at his hectic schedule – taking June 2006 purely as an example, you can add the UK, Cyprus, Hungary, Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the USA and Israel as places to check off as visited. If he’s not conjuring up original masterpieces along the lines of ‘Rock Your Body Rock’ or ‘Punk’, he’s remixing for the crème de la crème (U2 and Moby are two examples). Ferry’s latest ‘L.E.F’ album has propelled him further and has justified the numerous awards that he has picked up over the years. He can also boast a lengthy history of very successful working combinations with the likes of John Ewbank & Tiesto (for ‘Gouryella’ tracks), Vincent de Moor (‘Veracocha’), Armin Van Buuren and many more. ‘System F’, ‘Moonman’ and ‘Pulp Victim’ are just some of many other massively-successful alias that Ferry can add to his historical accolades.

Very occasionally the dance music scene is blessed with a talent that supersedes the rest – and EDDIE HALIWELL is a prime example. Now a regular on the likes of Radio 1, Eddie’s rise to the position he’s in now was strongly assisted by his contribution and association to Goodgreef. Having just mixed the new Cream Ibiza 2006 album, Eddie looks set for another show-stopping summer. The USA, Ireland, Scotland, Brazil, Ibiza, the United Arab Emirates, Wales and Tenerife are all on the agenda for Eddie in June alone – which speaks volumes of how his popularity has rocketed in such a short amount of time. Eddie’s own ‘Bosh Live’ and ‘Fire it Up’ brands have propelled him further as have other strong attributions – such as a mix for Carl Cox’s Global Radio Show, of late. He has mixed albums for the likes of Gatecrasher, Tidy Trax, Judgement Euphoria and continues to stun world audiences with arguably one of the most intriguing stage presences (heavily assisted by some terrifying scratching) on offer at the moment.

MATT HARDWICK’s nomination for Radio 1’s ‘Best Essential Mix of the Year’ is justification for such a hard-working, successful DJ. International gigs and working tirelessly with the like of Smith & Pledger are just two aspects that make up the very thriving career of one of trance’s most prolific DJ’s. A career that was favoured instead of one on the football pitch with Sheffield Wednesday FC.

Continuously tipped by the likes of Ferry Corsten and Paul Van Dyk, ADAM SHERIDAN’s fame and fortune continues to intensify. Another DJ that has Goodgreef to thank for his justified stardom, Adam’s most recent, notable booking comes in the form of the Berlin Love Parade 2006. Indeed, he frequently seems to feature on the same line-ups as the likes of Paul Van Dyk and does so at prestigious gigs both here in the UK (for example, Turnmills) and abroad (for example, The Mothership Mayday Festival in Germany). His new track ‘Solus’ is ready to cause a massive stir and he has also been drafted onto remixing responsibilities of System F’s ‘Q-Vicious’.

SIMON PATTERSON (also known as DOGZILLA) has recently had support from the likes of Armin, Paul Van Dyk, Judge Jules, Eddie Halliwell, Johan Gielen, Above & Beyond and Marco V for first solo outing - ‘F16’ - speaking dividends of just what an impact he’s having of late. Currently holding down residencies at the likes of Serious and Inside Out, Simon’s amazing production partnership with Richard Kayvan has spawned gems such as ‘Without You’ and ‘Your Eyes’. Simon’s increasing popularity sees him travel up and down the UK every weekend – as well as venturing to the likes of Holland and the USA. In short, he’s come a hell of a long way since working for the likes of Judge Jules and Seb Fontaine.

RILEY & DURRANT, better known as Andi Durrant and Nick Riley, are one of the scene’s most recent success stories. You just wonder if these guys get time to sleep with all they have going on. Running numerous Galaxy FM shows, an extensive and ever-growing gig diary, Gatecrasher residents, production and remixes for the likes of Black Hole (Holland), Yazuka (Holland) and a whole lot more!

WILL HOLLAND’s recent rise to stardom continues with his notably consistently original production and remixes – and a gig diary that features the likes of Gatecrasher, Passion, Goodgreef, Slinky and Wildchild. A prominent feature on the airwaves, Will is most noted for his productions like 'Summer Breeze' and 'Timeless' on his own Enhanced Recordings label, as well as remixing and releasing on the likes of Bonzai, Platipus, Monster Tunes and Connected
