    Anyone heading down this weekend?

We're going for the Saturday like....got my wellies at the ready as its been raining here all week! :(

Total contrast to the lush weather we had for Global!

nah, i'm not going because i've heard creamfields is only for over enthusiastic homosexuals and paedophiles.

I'm actually pretty gutted I'm not going. It's the first time I've missed one in 6 years and it's probably one of the best lineups over that period too.

Well what a big let down! :(

Although we had a fab time, there were lots of small things that really showed that Global was a much better festival this year....in fact this was probably the worst festival i've ever been to!

There were thousands of charvas who groped me and my freinds all night and were walking messes!! It seemed that everyone was there for the rides as opposed to the music.

The tents were far too close together....think it was to compensate for the camping space! It just felt really crammed.

There were ques to get into the tents all night. Bouncers were picking and choosing people with wristbands to get in to them. When we finally got in they were not even full!

The worst factor was the lack of atmosphere in any of the tents! I felt really sorry for Luciano who couldnt get the crowd going because they were not clued up enough!!!

The Habit lads were fantastic in the terrace! Well done lads :)

I think Van Dyk saved the night to be honest. He was well funny, throwing himself around the dj box all night...not like him at all! I suppose it was during his remix of that Wombats tune (New York i think its called). Airwave . :king: Main stage was pretty good, dancing in the rain and mud was a laugh.

    Hope everyone had fun! :groovy:

Had a great day out :)

Residents Terrace was pretty quiet when the lads went on but then seemed to quickly fill within a few minutes of them coming on and the terrace was more or less full throughout the set. Thought they played a wicked set.

Overall thought the festival was ok. Nothing really too inspiring out the DJ sets we saw though. The scallys seemed to multiply later on at night but to be fair didn't see any trouble or sense any. Def wouldn't fancy doing the whole weekend so was quiet happy to be going back to hotel!

Sound in the main cream tent was wicked earlier on but then seemed to get too quiet and felt the same when Luciano was on - just not loud enough.

I thought it was class better than Global apart form the rediculous queue to get in. The sound system in the Cream and Radio 1 Arena was unreal. Paul Van Dyk, John Digweed , Matt Hardwick played the best for me. Although everyone i saw seemed to be on from barrin Eddie who was garbage. As for the scallies they only seemed to come out when Jules was on in the Tidy arena or whilst scooter or cascada was blasting from some kiosk. The camping was spot on for me, no trouble what so ever and some class crack talkin to people.

Yeah the sound in Cream tent was awesome. Couldnt actually believe how good it was for a festival. Pete Tong was actually playing some alright stuff when we were in there but then it was turned down later on.
