    Dada - TIEFSCHWARZ & I-F + Support - Sat Feb 27th

Dada is extremely pleased to announce a 2 room spectacular, featuring 2 of our favourite DJ's/Producers of all time.

The opportunity to see TIEFSCHWARZ in a small intimate venue is extremely rare indeed.

The opportunity to see I-F play at all, is equally as hard to get.

The opportunity to see both on the same bill, in the UK, in such a small and intimate venue is virtually unthinkable...

    ...but it's happening!

    Tiefschwarz...
"Legendary is an over used term at best, but it takes in an air of authenticity when used to describe these Berlin based brothers who have now been at the top of the heap for close to 15 years.

Despite critically celebrated releases and remixes, Tiefschwarz are still amongst a dwindling number of performers who are primarily regarded most highly for their DJing skills, so much so in fact that they were asked to Headline the closing party for 2009's WareHouse Project.

Regulars at the worlds biggest clubs including Fabric & Berghain and headlining clubs and festivals across the world in areas as varied as Australia, The USA, South America and Russia, the opportunity to hear Tiefschwarz in a small and intimate venue such as The Cosmic Ballroom is almost unheard of.

    I - F ...
Ferenc E. van der Sluijs is an illusive character to say the least.
Originally part of Unit Moebius, an outfit credited as being Europe's answer to Underground Resistance, I-F went on to create the underground sensation "Space Invaders Are Smoking Grass" which is often cited as the first ever example of ElectroClash.

I-F's next move was unexpected to say the least.
After huge successes in Techno & Electro, I-F went on to create the seminal "Mixed up in the Hague Volumes 1 & 2".
The importance of these mixtapes is hard to overstate. Not only are they regarded as the reason behind the renewed interest in Italo Disco, they are frequently voted as the finest mixes of all time, displaying I-F's unerring sense of pace and selection as well as his intimate knowledge of obscure yet astounding music.

We can't truly express how excited we are to have secured this booking, in recent years appearances by I-F are so rare as to be almost mythical!

With support from Dada residents, as well as Mike Mchugh from the critically adored "Road to Rimini" collective.

With regards to March, without giving too much away, you'll see a Glimpse of some exciting new talent at the beginning of the month, with a certified (and certifiable) Live-Techno legend appearing at the end of the month.

You'd have thought I would have mentioned that somewhere.

From now on I'll be only displaying any promo in on display in the bottom of a locked filing cabinet stuck in a disused lavatory with a sign on the door saying Beware of the Leopard
(If you're a fan of the Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy, you'll probably be thinking I'm a genius at this point).

    James...
    Online tickets are available here

    http://www.wegottickets.com/event/71122

but we will be selling some physical tickets in town from next week.
(Keep an eye out for info on that in further spam)

Reet, gotta run. I have another Facebook event to create!

    Get on this!

The next logical stage from Mixed Up In The Hague Vol 1 & 2. Another blistering mix from Ferenc van der Sluijs. Seriously good stuff. As good as any of his previous gear.

    Tickets went this morning.

    There's plenty on the door.

Dependent on how many requests we get, we may release another online batch tomorrow too.

It's kind of off topic, but we've got a pretty massive (well it feels massive to us) announcement that we'll be making in the next 24 hours or so.

    Please keep an eye out.
