DAVE PACE (Dulcet Beats - London - www.dulcetbeats.com) After an absolutely smashing last few days, which started with the awesome live show from DNCN and a top set from Annie @ Pacific last Friday, and ended with the confirmation of our new bi-monthly residency at the Cornerhouse on Saturdays, we now move onto our next party at Kill The Disco with another spot on DJ in the form of Dave Pace. Dave Pace cites his early influences as Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier and Jeff Mills - not bad taste for someone who started DJ'ing at the tender age of 14! Dave co-promotes Dulcet Beats, which goes off on a regular basis in various venues in the london area, plying southerners with a mixture of minimal, house, techno, acid and detroit - very much up our street. Gigs have started to flow in across the UK and in Ibiza, and as well as DJ'ing Dave has his fingers firmly in the production pie with several releases out already; his latest EP 'The Acid Touch' caused a stir on the underground dance circuit with its dirty techy element and acid flavours. Make sure you all pop down on Friday, its gona be a cracker.
