    Detoxing

Does anybody ever feel the need to detox...

At the minute i feel really down and knocking beer ans stuff on the head for a month or two is pretty much the only way i ever pull myself round...

    Willpower is a motherfucker though

I rarely touch illegal bath plugs anymore so i'll answer yes but because of drink, i definitley drink too much these days, i'm already gettin sick of it, i can guarantee i'll knock it totally on the head soon and turn into a fitness fanatic like i used to be.

Quite pleased that i still have quite a muscley/toned body (so i'm told  ) even after how much drink i consume/little exercise i do these days :wiggle: :D

I used to drink loads when I was younger and then decided I needed to give it a rest. Now, I hate the feeling of being drunk and I get awful hangovers that last about 2 days, so that puts me off drinking much!
Would find it hard to detox from the other stuff at the mo tho

been on a detox (i.e. no drink) since my birthday so thought might as well try and eat sensibly as well. haven't done too badly only slipped once with the drink last weekend when we had a bbq and had a pizza last night but other than that for the last 2wks i've been pretty good! :)

it's been quite nice eating propper food instead of takeaways all the time...a nice change! :D
