devastated. after spending all day monday in amsterdam with my older brother he left amsterdam airport for leeds/bradford at 10am tuesday morning. at 11.15am i got a call telling me he had an accident between leeds/bradford and harrogate on the a658 after a goods vehicle lost control and hit his car head on. he is in leeds infirmary with serious chest injuries and i cannot leave here to be with him its hard to imagine that just 2 hours before we were sat having coffee in schipol airport for any of you guys who know paul please hope for the best for him.

Gutted, had a crack on with him when yous bought those turntables of me and he is a really really sound lad. Hopefully everything will be fine and he will make a speedy recovery! Good Luck mate! One of my mates was in a car crash last week and would of died on the scence if he hadnt of crashed into a consultant who was able to pierce his chest so he culd breath until they got to the hospital... now you can get any luckier than that!

thanks all... i have seen paul tonight and he is sitting up and able to talk (just) :sleep: he suffered a "hemothorax" according to the doctor and suspected broken ribs but they cannot xray yet.they say that if all is ok he should be ok to leave for newcastle by friday just a big thanks to micheal,dimitri and jordi of "madhouse events" holland for coming with me and the use of their hellicopter.
