    Diets

Anyone on a good diet atm? Or know of one to go on? :)

With my holidays in less than 8 weeks :)eek: :wiggle:  :king: ) Im gonna trim down a bit. Last year I did the Atkins and lost half a stone before Ibiza, but I find that diet is too expensive and Im saving for my holidays :(

Is it healthy to live on just fruit? :p I could do that :D

Don't eat carbs after about 4pm, try to eat reasonably healthily for the rest of the day and do some exercise.

i cant stick to a diet me like. and i try every day!! :(

the best thing to do is just try and cut out all crap and go to the gym. that i can do.....although i get a bit obsessed with the gym sometimes i used to go for 3 hrs a day!

Im on the weight watchers points diet atm, i did it last year strictly, by that i mean going 2 the meeting etc every week n counting points properly. then i became a bit more loose with it n stopped the meetings n got into the mode of 'i'll do better next week' lol. needless 2 say i put it back on steadily, but i started it bk up again a few weeks ago cause ive jus started working full time at american express, so its sitting behind a desk all day basically!! as a result of sitting on my backside 4 most of the day it was obv i would put on weight lol. But it does work honest! u jus need 2 keep to it prperly, only snag is its like £4.95 a meeting, not so easy on the purse! go on the weight watchers website if u wanna find a meeting in ur area.

Or like ppl have said cut out the crap 4 a bit, exercise a few times a week n it'll go down (or it should do anyway!)
