    Dixons and Credit....

doesnt someone here work for Dixons???

To save me a wasted trip , what are their Credit packages? (i.e. is there an interest free period , what is the APR etc???)

Looking to make a purchase of around £700 but will pay off the full amount in May so looking for something with no early repayment fee

im unsure about interest free times, but from what i seen when i was looking at big TVs etc their rates of interest are insane.

for a 2k tv u pay back 3400 or summin. fuck that!

my best advice is get a credit card and put it on that.

they do interest free credit for 9 months & then after 9 mths you have ot pay the rest of the balance or you get raped on it...dunno whether you can pay it off earlier than 9 months though

    Ruth is right

The credit does change alot but when I was there this was the case.

There is no charge for early repayment before the end of the 9 month period.

Run over this and you do get screwed, with an APR of something like 28%

So long as you pay off in 9 months though, no bother.
