Doesn anyone have a fairly up to date Encyclopedia cd-rom handy? I couldn't find shit all in my library other than Encyclopedia's so i left with nothing, planning on using a different library tommorow but i overlooked the fact that it's Sunday I need a source of research that isn't the internet to get info about Eminem. If someone could copy + paste me the entry from an Encyclopedia cd-rom I'd be very grateful Cheers

Yeah he was in a couple of the newer ones that i looked through in the library, but I was aiming for something a bit better than an Encyclopedia so i put them back and came home, forgetting the libraries are shut tommorow. I've just signed up to Britannica Online and there's some info there. I guess i could just lie and say it's from the cd-rom. Think i'll pop down to the metrocentre tommorow and see if i can get anything decent from magazines.
Yeah i have that too. Unfortunately Eminem was a nobody then I've managed to find a few photocopies of magazines actually so if i use them, then lie about brittanica online i should be ok.. I think :s
I think i've sorted this now, but, when the fuck was Eminem born? There seems to be an equal number of websites that either say 1972, or 1973. :spangled:
surely the internet would provide a good source of info ? what about wikipedia as well hope you get what you are looking for - odd assignment
cant you actually look at the encyclopedia on the net! you may even be able to download it. if not that y not just join an eminem fan site n ask the stuff you want there! lol
Re: Doesn anyone have a fairly up to date Encyclopedia cd-rom handy? have you been to the universities libraries? you can join them both with a scheme i am on - you just need to get your institute (school, college, uni whatever) to sign a bit of paper. im a member of both sheff university libraries and both uni's in newcastle, but im at uni in stafford might be an idea im sure they will have up to date stuff i will find you the site if you want?
