    my dad's just got a siberian husky pup (2nd From right):

    about 6 month older now from that photo taken, but it's class! probably my favorite breed going. it's funny to hear a puppy try to howl like a wolf :)

    anyone else got hounds?

    i've had mine for about 11 year, not sure what the life expectancy of the fucker is tho (google) she just looks old and slow so is knocking on heavens door I think, maybe another year to 18 month

    Btw with the Sibe you may have problems with him being a runner, they have a very high prey drive so watch out for small dogs but they are lovely dogs.

    I don't agree with it being cruel to keep them in this country but you will need a huge amount of space to keep him in and excercise him a lot.

    Google Siberian Husky Damage if you want to see what I mean.

    I was looking at Alaskan Malamutes as an alternative to a Sibe as I was looking at getting one.

    Also my german shepherd howls, will get a video of it tonight :)

    A friend of mine has two, nice dogs but they can have quite a few health problems, you have to clean the fold of skin next to their nose every few days otherwise it can get infected.

    I see one of those walking around Seaton Burn while at work, I keep thinking its a guy walking a lamb :)

    I just have a heinze 50 varierty Mongrul.....i was just missioning all the team valley when we seen 2 kids with a bag they were gonna drown the poor fucker so i took him home that was about 12 years ago now :)

    Yeah, they can look very lamb like. They have a lovely nature, but were originally bread for ratting and catching other small furries - you wouldn't think it to look at one!

    mate, that's a top pooch!

    before i moved to shields i had 2x Rotweiller/Doberman cross! best dogs av ever had like, totally full of fun and soft as shite! i miss them like :(
