i am playing football tonight with work, i have NOT played football for about 4 years. So just incase i never see you guys again as there is a very good i will die after about 20 mins....i love you all

get yourself back into it.

I stopped for a year about 5 year ago and ive been back into it ever since, play sunday league and 6 a side and 7 a side leagues. Recently won a legends comp and played a game for winning it against Kevin Ball, Peter Beardsley, John Kay, Dickie Ord and the durham city keeper, beat them 6-4 aswell.

I play 5 a side tomo and my team against top of the league in division 1 so their goin to be a few fly past my goal.

Every now and then I make an appearance for my mates team, always shattered at half time and end up feeling slightly sick at end. Good laugh tho

im playing footy tonight in an hour, i love it... feel so much fitter since i knocked the snouts in too

it was class! really enjoyed it like its been years since i had a proper game. there was a lad who i fucking hate on the other side....he limped to the bus stop

smog - am seriously thinkin about quiting now my chest shrunk to the size of a squash ball after about 10 mins

i nearly died when i played the other month, instead of going back i've just decided to retire

I miss football. It's all I ever used to do

its worth it, i can run without feeling like im gonna throw up and the whole morning phlegm thing has gone

i'm gonna give it a shot, i really fancy playing alot more now
