Ebay Just bought a new phone off the internet for my B/F.... but now the person is saying that the product is out of stock and doesn't want to give me a refund. :evil: Need help in this... Do you's think I could cancel my direct debit?
yes ring the your bank and reprot it on ebay if the money aint came out just cancel it but even if it has came out think if u tell them your problem they can take it back off them
What is the other person suggesting? That you wait until he has the phone in stock, or trying to give you an alternative, or just taking the money and not sending you anything? In any case, I would get in touch with E-bay to report him and find out what your rights are.
He basically sent a message to me on ebay saying that I hadn't paid the money so I paid using paypal... then he sent a message saying that it's not in stock. He also said he can't do refunds... but it's not exactly a refund because he didn't send me the product and it's not as if i got the product and sent it back.... I'm just going to ring the bank and tell them
i've used ebay for years n had no bother at all. but you hear story's like this quite often n it's startin to make me think a bit more about buyin stuff, especially expensive stuff
ive bought a few expensive things and TBH it does play on your nerves a bit a laptop minimoto (not that expensive) front mounted intercooler for the car but my advice is dont buy anything expensive unless you can really afford to lose the cash
it can b alright if u get the right seller, i bought a Brand new sky remote on Thurs night and it came on Saturday so that was alright.
