if you're fat then you're not malnourished in anything that effects sight/the eyes...

the only things that have any effect on the eyes are vitamin A which is a fat soluble vitamin so deficiency is highly unlikely in anyone above normal mass in the western world... or maybe B6 or B12 for basic body maintenance.... again not likely...

it would be more likely to be overnourishment of fat soluble vitamins such as A & E as this has been shown to have negative effects on the nervous system and the eyes...
