Just whacked me with a 'leccy bill for £300

Turns out they haven't been billing me or taking payments for 'leccy, all payments I've made have come off the gas.

Just had a reet go at the call centre guy -

'At what point did you not think, hey Miss Jane's direct debit is £40 and her 'leccy bill is £300, perhaps we should give her a call?'

He says this would usually be the case but does not know why it hasn't happened.

To make things worse he claimed at first that I HAD been billed, but I have Powergen Online so was able to go through the statements one by one.

'April 22, do you see any electricity charges on there? Do you? Do you? What about June 3? Nope?'

I have put a complaint in, do y'all reckon I should complain through OFGEM as well?

Also problem is that one person who used to live here has moved out (and owes money)

two people are moving out at the end of the month.

I'm asking for £90 offa them which legally they aren't obliged to give me just 'coz Powergen couldn't carry out the basic and obvious task of billing me.
