FRAGILE IDJ Reviews and Launch Party info...

We've got 2 really good reviews in IDJ this week which I'm obviously pretty chuffed about cos they're fucking ace tracks:

Mixed Pickles - Onion / Gherkin (Fragile Recordings)

Gather round folks, let¹s get nice and deep with the Mixed Pickles crew. I've never heard of them before but they clearly know the score when it comes to devilishly deep house. Both cuts here are driven wholly by empowering bass tones that suck you right in while the crafty percussion makes you move. With tunes this rich in atmosphere and presence, I think we'll hear a lot more of Mixed Pickles in future. 4/5

Mixed Pickles - I'll Show You Acid (Fragile Recordings)

It's the second hit of the month for the mysterious Mixed Pickles and it's equally as hot. 'I'll Show You Acid' is a deep, groovesome slice of house that builds into a ravey, triumphant climax. Remix-wise James Talk gives the whole workout a boot up the keister to great effect and label boss Paul Lancaster applies the Adonis 'No Way Back' approach, again to excellent effect. LN 4/5

    Cheers
