    Best thing to do is go and see a child care solicitor. If you contact social services you will just get a social worker telling you to seek legal advice (I work in S/S btw)

    Best to check out the yellow pages and when people ring with contact issues and ask for any particular solicitors we just to tell them theres loads of child care solicitors opposite Gateshead Civic Centre. Furthermore it also depends if you have Parental Responsibility. In a nutshell if your child was born after Dec 2003 and you are on the birth certificate you will have, also if you were married when the child was born you would too. Hope this helps!

    Capt America & co main gripe is women win most court cases for access to there bairns. I am sure the Government still has a Minster For Women. Every part of the UK bar England has its only mini-parliament/Assembly etc & then women have ther own Minister. ENGLISH MEN FUCK ALL!!!!!! The gov also fund this lot as well http://www.thewnc.org.uk. I guess it does not help blokes that fuckers dressed as The Hulk, Spidey & various members of X-men climb bridges & hang around outside MP's houses giving the fuckers jip though.
