    I did that on Saturday night and slept in and apparently had a full blown conversation with my manager while "asleep" and when i rang in to say I was sick she asked about the phone call we just had 10 minutes earlier :oops:

    Great idea then the nights you cant afford any you'll be worse off than just having normal insomnia

    i go to work with no sleep all the time but not because of insomnia because i just don't go to bed, quick power nap on my dinner sorts me out

    Long term use actually exacerbates insomnia.

    Try three drops of lavender oil on your pillow - works a treat! Or Slumber Pearls, which don't smell quite as strong but work just as well. Also, Valerina tablets from Boots.

    i went to work nightshift on saturday night with having only 4 hours sleep since thursday morning. i can safely say ill not be doing that again. i slept all day sunday and still feel knackered now

    i go to work sometimes with hardly sleep at all! doesnt bother me to be honest
