HD projector and xbox 360 sound trouble right my mate has a hd projector and cant get sound from it to his amp as it is old and doesnt have the new input/output optic stuff is there an adaptor you can get or anything to get this to work through an old amp??? cheers
we have the hd scart cables that came with the 360 plugged into the projector... there is a s-video out and another video output... there is also an optical sound output but we dont have an amp with the optical input!!! is there a way of doing it through the video outputs??? ta
the other video out, is it just a single yellow phono out? sounds like there's no audio out from the projector. can you not task the audio straight from the 360?
there are some xbox leads knocking about with the audio cables split off from the video best get one of those, i have a vga with the two red and white phono's separate so you can connect them to an audio source.
