Has anyone got any special ways of getting rid of one, without paracetemol. im to skint to buy any and iv got a splitting headache, the more i move the more it hurts

well my fookin shop is a rip off its about a quid, n they only sell the good stuff. iv got 8 days till i get payed, in which time i have 5 squid to spend n i have to go to work mon - fri on that lol. 20p would get me a coffee at work lol

try and get some sleep

make sure the room's dark and cool.....won't help that you're on the computer

I think ill just have a mix with the lights out and drink a couple pints of water.
