Heaton Road is ok but only the decent end, not the end thats tecniucally Byker cos ur generally above a shop and have no garden/yard.
the poo ones i lived in were about £40-£55 a week.

how many bed rooms are you looking for? or are you waning to share?

It's for 2 of my mates the house must have at least 3 bedrooms. They wont want to share with people they dont know.

They can pay upto £500 a month & maybe a bit more

ANY INFO YOU HAVE WOULD BE GREAT CHEERS H

a furnished 2-bed flat in heaton is typically 400-500 a month

larger houses with more bedrooms will mean you pay less per person

as heather said, nearer byker isnt so good, and rents may be cheaper at that end, or above shops

u thinking of relocating spence hq ?

If they are making that much they should be buying! Not wasting money on rent, ie paying SOMEONE ELSES mortgage.

Low rents of £46 in Heaton will get you a Student Slob house. £50 >> £65 will get a prof NICE PAD.

I prefer "The Avenues" to the other streets... The west facing houses in Eighth (the grey colour ones) are the best in Heaton IMO but they are only 2 bedders.

The small ads are better than using a Agent. They are faster and cheaper and u can barter as you contact the landlord direct. Avoid Keith Pattersons Estate Agents like the Plague.

i'm living in cardigan terrace, and my house aint that bad, its a 6 bedroom job with a yard, large kitchen and nicely sized bedrooms, its also being refurbished atm, even tho it didnt really need it. I'm gonna be paying £48 a week rent, which isnt too bad.
